A WhatsApp or Telegram message offers ₹2,000–5,000 a day for liking YouTube videos or rating hotels. Small payouts come first, then you're asked to 'invest' in prepaid tasks.

Victims are added to WhatsApp 'stock tips' groups and told to trade on a fake app showing huge profits that can never be withdrawn.
